Project Description
Mary Hearst, PhD, Associate Professor and Director of Public Health, received a $515,253 grant from the Better Way Foundation to support collaboration between St. Catherine University and the Montessori Center of Minnesota (MCM) to bring additional and needed services to children and families who are part of the Montessori Partners Serving All Children program. Faculty and students in St. Catherine’s public health, occupational therapy, physician assistant, education and social work departments will work with MCM to identify and provide interventions that promote optimum growth and development of children, and support their caregivers, so that children can be successful in school and life.
