Project Description
John Pellegrini, Professor of Biology, and Celia Peters, student researcher, received a $1,600 award from the 3M Small Scale Grant program to determine the influence of emotional imagery on one’s response to massage. Findings of this study could help determine whether emotions conveyed by caregivers or the artwork present in a medical office could influence a patient’s emotional response to treatment.
