Project Description

Emily Nowak, Associate Professor of Nursing, and Matt Byrne, Lecturer of Nursing, received a $4,100 Faculty Research & Scholarly Activities Grant to determine to what extent imposter syndrome exists in graduate programming at St. Catherine's, examine whether or not a year long series of interventions decreases characteristics of imposter phenomenon as measured by the Clance IP scale, and determine whether a variety of demographic variables are contributing/correlating factors associated with higher incidence of imposter phenomenon.
