Family-Style Meals in School Foodservice Settings: A Qualitative Study of Perceptions, Barriers and Promoters

Project Description

This qualitative study explores the perceptions, barriers and promoters of serving family-style meals in a school fodservice setting, and will guide development of future work in this area. Focus groups will have food service managers, school administrators, teachers, parents, and students in grades K-5th in the Minneapolis/St. Paul metropolitan area. These focus groups will give participants an opportunity to discuss their ideas and opinions in detail.
