Project Description

Vincent Skemp, Associate Professor of Theology, received a $7,500 Faculty Research & Scholarly Activities Grant to compose a book on the second century Thecla narrative, which is a counter-cultural Christian text that presents the case for divinely sanctioned female discipleship engaging in public promotion of the Gospel.
