Project Description

Jane Carroll, Professor of History, Geography, and Political Science, and Joanne Cavallaro, Professor of English, received a $1,200 Curriculum Development Award to develop an interdisciplinary course examining the effects of and resistance to colonization in two specific areas: New Zealand and Hawaii. They plan to teach this course first as a Study Abroad course, then as an Honors Seminar and eventually as either an integrative study seminar and/or cross-listed topics courses within English and History.
