Project Description
Amy Hamlin, Assistant Professor of Art and Art History, was awarded a $7,500 Faculty Research & Scholarly Activities grant to support her participation in an intensive 7-week summer course in advanced German at Middlebury College. The research objective of this project is to enhance her ability to effectively translate German texts, communicate with German scholars and present research in German at scholarly conferences. These tasks are essential to the successful realization of a book project that she is preparing for publication.
