Teri Burgess-Champoux, Assistant Professor of Nutrition & Exercise Sciences, received a $500 Faculty Research & Scholarly Activities Grant to explore perceptions, barriers, and feasible strategies for utilizing community garden experiences with preschool-aged children and their families to enhance liking, increase intake, and increase home availability of vegetables and guide development of future work in this area.
